Ordering from further afield? Here is what we can reach beyond the city.
Shopiffa is based in Kampala, and most orders are delivered in and around the city. We also take orders to towns further out. Distance is what decides it: if a rider can reach your address by road, we can usually quote for it.
If you are ordering to somewhere well outside the city, message us before you pay. We will confirm that we can deliver there and give you a realistic idea of how long it will take.
Delivery is priced by the real road distance a rider travels, not by zone. At current rates that is UGX 1,000 to start, plus UGX 1,000 for every kilometre between the shop and your address.
These are guides. The exact amount is worked out from your address and shown at checkout before you pay, so you are never asked to accept a delivery fee you have not seen.
If your order comes from more than one shop, the rider collects from each of them in turn and the whole route is included in that one fee.
Search for your address at checkout and pick it from the suggestions. For a place a street address will not find — a village, a trading centre, a home off the main road — also paste a pinned Google Maps link. The more precise your location, the more accurate the fee and the fewer calls the rider has to make to find you.
