By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the SHOPIFFA platform, website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the SHOPIFFA platform.
SHOPIFFA is a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers, independent merchants, and independent order deliverers.
SHOPIFFA:
Does not manufacture products.
Does not own most products listed on the platform.
Does not act as the merchant selling products.
Does not guarantee merchant inventory availability.
Products listed on the platform are offered and sold by independent merchants who remain responsible for the products they sell.
To use certain services, you may be required to create a customer account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain updated account information.
Protect your login credentials.
Notify SHOPIFFA of any unauthorized account use.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Merchants are responsible for:
Product descriptions.
Product specifications.
Product pricing.
Product availability.
Product warranties.
Product quality.
While SHOPIFFA may review merchant listings, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of merchant-provided information.
When placing an order, you agree that:
You are authorized to purchase the selected products.
The information you provide is accurate.
You will be available to receive the order or arrange for an authorized recipient.
An order becomes confirmed once it has been accepted and processed through the platform.
SHOPIFFA reserves the right to reject or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, pricing errors, technical errors, or policy violations are suspected.
Product prices displayed on SHOPIFFA are determined by individual merchants.
Applicable taxes, fees, delivery charges, or other charges may be added where applicable and displayed during checkout.
SHOPIFFA reserves the right to correct pricing errors that may occur due to technical or human mistakes.
SHOPIFFA coordinates deliveries through independent order deliverers.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
Traffic conditions.
Weather conditions.
Merchant preparation delays.
Vehicle breakdowns.
Road conditions.
Force majeure events.
Customers acknowledge that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Customers may schedule deliveries for future dates and times.
While SHOPIFFA will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery times, circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.
Customers must:
Provide accurate delivery addresses.
Provide reachable contact information.
Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Failure to receive an order may result in additional delivery charges or order cancellation.
Customers are encouraged to inspect products upon delivery.
Any concerns regarding:
Missing items.
Damaged items.
Incorrect products.

Harass merchants, riders, or SHOPIFFA personnel.
Interfere with platform operations.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
Engage in unlawful activities.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Customers agree to:
Act honestly.
Cooperate during delivery.
Treat merchants and riders respectfully.
Comply with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHOPIFFA shall not be liable for:
Merchant product defects.
Merchant misrepresentations.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Losses resulting from customer-provided incorrect information.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
SHOPIFFA's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction where permitted by law.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHOPIFFA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
All SHOPIFFA trademarks, logos, content, software, and platform features remain the property of SHOPIFFA E-Commerce Solutions Ltd or its licensors.
Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without authorization.
Customer information shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with SHOPIFFA's Privacy Policy.
SHOPIFFA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
Threaten platform security.
Abuse merchants, riders, or staff.
SHOPIFFA shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters.
Civil unrest.
Government actions.
Internet outages.
Transport disruptions.
Public health emergencies.
SHOPIFFA may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
